1. What is the average delivery time?

For Semi-Custom kits, the average production and delivery time is around 3-4 weeks.

For Full-Custom kits, the full process typically takes about 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity and the current queue.

We always aim to deliver as fast as possible, and sometimes kits may be ready earlier.

Everything is designed, printed, and shipped from Finland.

We use high-quality materials and handle all steps locally to ensure the best finish and a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

Our return policy depends on the type of kit:

are made entirely to your personal specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once design work has started.

can be returned only if they are left in original, unmodified condition.

If any changes or personalizations have been made to the design (e.g., custom logos, names, numbers, or colors), the kit is considered custom and cannot be returned.

(Full Custom) The design deposit is non-refundable as it covers the designer’s time and effort, even if the order is later cancelled.
