Delivery time depends on whether you order a Semi-Custom or Full Custom decal kit and how quickly the final design is approved.

Semi-Custom kits are based on ready-made templates where usually only logos or small changes are added, which allows the design to move to production quickly.

Full Custom kits are designed completely from scratch. Customers often want to review and fine-tune the design before production, which can add some time to the process.

Once the design is approved, the kit goes straight to production.

On average, orders are shipped within about one week.

However, please note that campaign periods, high demand, or temporary material shortages may sometimes extend the delivery time slightly.

No decal kit is printed without the customer's approval.

Whether it is a Semi-Custom or Full Custom kit, we always send the customer a design preview if any changes are made.

Once the design is ready, you will receive a preview image showing what the final kit will look like. At this stage you can still request changes or adjustments.

Only after the customer approves the design and confirms it is ready for production, the kit will move to printing and manufacturing.

This ensures the final result matches exactly what the customer wants.

All of our decal kits are produced in Finland.

Design, printing and shipping are handled entirely in Finland through our own production.

Because the whole process — from design to printing — is under our control, we are able to monitor and maintain a very high level of quality at every stage.

This ensures every kit leaving our production meets our quality standards.

Semi-custom decal kits are created on a neutral design base. This means we adapt the design to fit the plastics of your specific bike.

When placing an order, we need your bike’s brand, model and year. We adjust the decal kit to match those plastics and send you a preview for approval before production.

The kit will not go into production until you have approved the design.

Our decal kits are made from materials designed specifically for two-wheeled vehicles. The material properties were originally developed for motocross use, meaning they also perform very well in normal street riding.

The decals are made from thick and durable material that protects the plastics and keeps the design looking clean during use.

Special materials such as chrome and holochrome bases create bright and eye-catching visual effects in the design.

The decals use a strong adhesive layer to keep the kit firmly attached. The adhesive also includes air-release channels, which make installation easier by allowing trapped air to escape during application.

For most people, installation is relatively straightforward when done carefully and with proper preparation. Most customers install the decal kit themselves; fully pre-installed kits are very rarely ordered.

The most important step is making sure the plastics are completely clean and free of grease before installation. Even brand new plastics should be cleaned, as they may have factory oils or protective residues on the surface.

The decal material includes air-release channels that help air escape during installation, reducing the chance of air bubbles. The adhesive also allows the decal to be carefully repositioned if it is not perfectly aligned on the first attempt.

We recommend installing the decals slowly and patiently. If you are unsure about the installation, it can also be done by a professional installer.

Semi-custom kits offer extensive customization options, but all changes must be selected and submitted at the time of order using the provided checkboxes or input fields.

Can I get a refund for a Full Custom order?

The €60 design fee is non-refundable. It covers the time and creative work our designer spends on planning your project — even if you later decide not to proceed with the order. This ensures that the work and effort already invested in your vision are fairly covered.

In addition, all Full Custom sets are non-refundable, as each set is created uniquely for you. Because of this, the product cannot be resold to another customer.

How do refunds work for Semi Custom sets?

For Semi Custom sets, we make adjustments to ensure the set fits your specific measurements and preferences. This modification process requires time from our designer, which is why €40 of the price is retained to cover the design and adjustment work.

If you decide not to continue with the order, the remaining amount can be refunded upon the customer’s request.

Full Custom kits: All full custom kits are made exactly according to the customer’s specifications, so they cannot be returned. These kits are tailored individually and cannot be reused for another bike.

Semi-Custom kits: Standard semi-custom kits are pre-made templates that can be modified slightly. However, if you customize the kit by changing colors, adding logos, numbers, or other elements, it becomes a tailored kit, and it cannot be returned.

Exceptions: If a mistake occurs on our side, for example, the kit is made for the wrong bike even though correct information was provided, we take full responsibility and will correct the issue.
