50/50 Wheel Graphics

1. Clean Thoroughly

Start by cleaning your rims carefully with brake cleaner. Make sure all dirt, dust, and grease are fully removed — this ensures the graphics will stick properly.

2. Position the Graphics

Place the graphic around the spokes and align it carefully. If the line isn’t straight on your first try, gently peel it back and adjust — small corrections are possible before pressing firmly.

3. Apply Gentle Heat

Use a hairdryer to warm up the graphic slightly. This makes it more flexible and helps it adhere better. Be careful not to overheat or burn the material.

4. Wrap Over the Edge

When the graphic reaches the rim edge, wrap it neatly over the side. Press it down carefully and apply light heat to secure the bond.

5. Trim Excess

If any material extends beyond the edge, trim it off with a sharp blade. Then press and smooth the edges firmly into place.

6. Final Heat & Pressure

Go over the entire surface with gentle heat one last time. Press down firmly on all areas to ensure the adhesive bonds completely.

Our rim graphics are universal fit and designed primarily for 36-spoke rims.

• Maximum recommended sizes: 3.5” front rim and 5” rear rim.
  
• They can also be installed on narrower rims — simply trim off any excess material after application. Please note that the wider the rim, the easier and cleaner the installation will be.

For easier installation, most designs (such as 50/50 rim graphics) come in multiple sections — usually two pieces per side, four in total. This makes application much simpler, though it’s normal for a small gap of a few millimeters to appear between sections.

If you prefer, we can also provide the graphics in one solid piece per side, which eliminates seams but makes the application more challenging.

This is standard for rim tape graphics and does not affect durability or the final look.

While 2-3 weeks is our average, in many cases your order may arrive much sooner.

You're welcome to include logos in your custom design — just make sure you have the right to use them. Due to copyright laws, we can’t take responsibility for third-party logos. If you're unsure, feel free to ask us before sending any files. We're here to help guide you through it.

All our graphics are custom-made for you, so they cannot be returned or resold.

You will always receive a design proof for approval before we print. Nothing goes into production without your confirmation.

Once approved and printed, the order is final and non-refundable.
